Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority (CHIETA

CHIETA (the Chemical Industries Education and Training Authority) is one of South Africa's sector education and training authorities, coordinating skills development and training within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and related manufacturing sectors. CHIETA funds learnerships, internships, and bursaries to build a skilled workforce for an industry spanning petrochemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and related fields. It is based in Johannesburg and reports to the Department of Higher Education and Training.
