The Macmillan Foundation is a registered non-profit company established by SNAPP Architects to support training, empowerment, and education in the architecture profession in South Africa. The Foundation is based in Centurion, Gauteng.
Its bursary programme is focused specifically on uplifting previously disadvantaged women in the profession: it funds Black female students under 35 completing postgraduate Architecture degrees at accredited South African universities, paying fees directly to the student's institution once proof of registration and an academic tax invoice are provided.
