About Bester Bursary Graduate Development Programme

The Bester Bursary & Graduate Development Programme is funded by Bester Feed & Grain, a Stellenbosch-based agricultural trading company. The programme combines financial support for tertiary study with a structured graduate development pathway, aimed at building a pipeline of skilled graduates for the company's agribusiness operations.

Funding is aimed at students studying agriculture, business, finance, logistics/supply chain management, or marketing. In return for funding, recipients complete mandatory paid vacation work with Bester during their studies (two weeks in June/July and two weeks in November/December each year) and are mentored by a senior manager within the company. After graduating, bursary recipients are expected to work for Bester for a period equal to the number of years they received funding.

Funding Details
