Application forms are available at all Oudtshoorn municipal offices, libraries and the Oudtshoorn Thusong Service Centre, Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30. Completed applications, with all required documents attached, must be submitted in person to Ms M Ayford or Mrs R January in the municipality's Skills Development section; applications sent by email or fax are not accepted.
