SAAFoST

SAAFoST (the South African Association for Food Science and Technology) is the professional body representing food scientists and technologists in South Africa, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing within the food industry. The association is based in Pretoria, with a national secretariat in Durban and regional branches. SAAFoST supports bursaries for students pursuing food science qualifications.
